FAQ

Do I need to bring my own equipment?
No equipment is necessary! We provide the drawing tablets, styluses, and software for use during every session.

What is the age range for these classes?
The workshops are specifically designed for children aged 10 to 15. This allows us to keep the instruction focused on a similar maturity and skill level.

Who are these classes for?
For young artists ready to transition from paper to digital. No prior experience is needed—if you're curious, you belong here! (Please note: This is a digital art class, not a programming or coding course.)

How many students are in each class?
To keep the learning personal and streamlined, we limit every workshop to just 6 students. This ensures everyone gets one-on-one time with the instructor.

Where exactly are the sessions held?
We hold our classes in public community spaces, such as local libraries and community centres. We do travel to different areas, so keep an eye out for various locations!

How long are the Workshops?
Every workshop includes a 1-hour hands-on session, but the inspiration doesn’t stop there! Students are welcome to stay afterward for a casual Q&A focused on the game and media industry, career guidance, and creative ideas.

Is there an intro class?
Yes. Workshop 1 must be completed before moving on to others. While we recommend taking all 8 sessions in order to build skills progressively, they are designed so that sessions 2 through 8 can be taken as standalone classes.

Can parents receive input from the instructor?
Yes. Open communication with families is a top priority. Parents are welcome to speak with the instructor before or after each session to discuss the workshop curriculum, track their child’s creative progress, or ask questions about digital art, game design, and the creative industry.

Can this lead to a career?
Absolutely. Early exposure to digital art helps young creators build talent and sharpen their skills today, while giving them the confidence to navigate future college programs and career paths in the media industry.

Do we cover school programs and events?
Yes. Our program can come to you. Keep in mind that the workshops are limited to 6 students at a time, This way we can ensure proper guidance and learning. Please email us for details.
